About the Farm
Welcome to Jackpot Farms! We are small breeders of Labrador Retrievers, Shorthorn cattle, and Beagles under the HG prefix.
How We Began
Tricia and Kevin got their first Labrador in 1998 with the addition of Hank, a Yellow male. Then Annie joined the family in 2000 and became our foundation bitch in 2002 - this was the start of Seifert Labradors. With the addition of the Beagles in 2014 and the Cattle not long after, we needed to expand on Seifert Labradors, which has now become Jackpot Farms.
Our Philosophy
We strive to produce beautiful, healthy, sound dogs. We breed very selectively, and every litter we produce is painstakingly planned and hand raised with love in our home. It is very important to us that our dogs are members of the family, and our puppies are born in our bedrooms and raised in our living room. As preservation breeders we research pedigrees, health history, longevity, and physical attributes while planning a breeding, making every litter special.
Our Future
We continue to move forward and improve our breeding program with each litter. We have young dogs we are very excited about, and they are making great progress in the show ring. In our efforts to produce a dog with beauty and brains, we are working on obedience and field training in our downtime. We are excited about the future of our breeding program, and we can't wait to watch our current and future dogs excel in all venues.
